As a child I remember lying in bed at night terrified and intrigued as I listening to my parents watch Tales from the Darkside in the living room down the hallway. As soon as those opening notes of the introduction played I covered my head with the blankets and tried not to listen as I knew I was in for something really scary. However, the burgeoning horror fan inside me kept one ear turned toward the television as I imagined what was happening on the screen as I listened.
