We here at Jack’s Attic love horror movies and scary video games, but something we long for is the golden age of storytelling. A time when your main source of entertainment or news was through whatever traveler was passing through your village that evening. He’d sit by the fire or around the table after supper and regale his audience with tales of far away places, of dangerous adventures, heroic warriors or dark encounters with the unknown. It’s these darker stories we would have been a sucker for. So, in fitting with a time not too far away and with the seedling idea of village on the edge of swamp beset upon by monsters, Jack’s Attic asks that you gather ’round for a story.
